Where to get F150 seat belt latches?

My dog chewed up all three of my front seat belts in my 2004 F150 FX4 and I have been looking all over and cant find the same kind that are already in there (with the button on the top of the buckle not the side) I would prefer if the sensor came with them but that's not that necessary, help? Thanks.
