What would you do if you thought a child you didn't know were getting abused?

i sorry u hhad to go through that. but i would of got the plate #and if i didnt have a cell i would go home or wherever and call the cops right away. if i did have a cell the same. just on the cell phone. if u ahve the plate #its not too late
