People Please Answer! How would you react if the owner of your job called you into?

his office to give you a Second Pay Cut & said this to you" I appreciate all the sacrifices that you make coming in early & working extra hard, but I have to cut your pay. I'm not going to sugar coat what I say but sales is the most important thing to me. You just have to tighten your belt & come to work with a big smile on your face knowing that you have a job. I hope you understand." How would you react & what would you say to the owner? (btw, the owner is taking a 1 week vacation this week on a cruise. Must be nice that some people don't have to tighten their belt) Would you be furious?
