My dad abuses me?? help!!?

My dad hit me with a belt and made a big purple spot on my back and after he did it he just laughed at me cause i was crying. He bent my fingers back really hard and my knuckle swelled up and I can barley move it. And when he got angry at me he grabbed me neck and started squeezing it really hard and yelled in my face.. i dunno if this is abuse it might be and im really really scared of him.. help me!!
