Anyone heard of a Five chord Autoharp?

I recently bought an Oscar schmidt autoharp at an antique store, it allows for only 5 chords to be played (not the normal 23 or whatever it is), has anyone ever heard of this? Also, what is a good way to clean dust from under the strings and in the sound hole? And can you use a piano tuning key to turn the tuning pegs?
