So I recently bought a vinyl and it sounds sped up...?

So I recently bought a vinyl and it sounds sped up. I know it should play on 33 1/3 because 45 is just way too fast. I know how it should sound because I also have the CD, but I was wondering what it could be... Maybe the belt? If it is can I replace it?
